I bought this tool for 49 bucks off ebay the other week. Its a Alltest Allsweep Sensor Tester Model 9100. It can test camshaft, crankshaft, maf, map,O2, power steering pressure switch, temperature, Throttle poistion, and throttle switch sensors.It also has the plug for a reading trouble codes for GM and Ford. The book doesnt say if its make or year specific.

I here's a picture of the trouble code plug pattern for GM. Is it a OBDI or OBDII plug pattern or does it work for both?

I also got the Mac tools Window holder also from the same seller 2 weeks for 13.57 plus 7.99 shipping. He didnt charge shipping the tester and shipped all in one box.
