Have you thought about keeping the vortec EFI instead of the TBI?

for a minute but i don't have the wiring for it and i don't have the extra money and the vortec engine didn't come accessories so that would be extra money $$$$ that i don't have

Oh I thought you said it came with the wiring also,

well it came with the harness but it was cut from the main harnes and then i would still need a computer and such oh well its nice to be able to do something like this build also so i can help others if they want to go this route

That really sucks they cut the harness. So are you saying you are just going back to TBI on the Vortec block for now???
