My next oil change will definitely be Amsoil. I am willing to give it a try

:withstupid:

Or maybe my next next oil change. My next oil change will happen what it's -15°F. I usually pay someone to do that one.

I pay someone to change the oil and dispose of the used oil. I refuse to change the oil in the Ford EVER AGAIN! Someone was wasted the day they decided to put the oil filter where it is located. :dunno:

There is no way to replace it without "wearing" the damn oil! :fume: I have tried elevating the front, the back, etc.... I am done with that crap! I do buy my own filter and oil and just take it somewhere and pay them to do the rest, while I keep a watchful eye on them, of course :D

Hum, I never have any issues doing it. Maybe I have longer arms though lol, but yeah the oil filter isn't in the easiest to get to area

YEah . . . my band-type filter wrench doesn't fit my filter. It took me 20 minutes to get that ********** off last week. I'm gonna go buy me a socket-type wrench here this week.

And my dad burns the oil in their house, so I can just bring him my old oil!

Dude, toss that sucker. There's only ONE wrench I've used for years and never seen a vehicle it didn't work on. Best money I've ever spent...

I don't know if that would work for my truck or not. The filter is kinda recessed. I was trying to use a channel-lock to get it, but I couldn't even grab half of it. I eventually crushed the walls of the filter enough that the channel-lock could move it ever so slightly.
