Winter wear on my new rims!?

Cost me ~$75 to get the rims switched out, balanced, rotated. Gotta do it in the spring when it gets nice and winter when I take them back off

You should just bite the bullet and mount different tires up on your winter wheels and swap them out yourself. That $160 a year adds up plus it's a pain in the ass. I've done it but I finally just bought a second set of tires and it's so much easier now.

I just swapped to my winter wheels which are the steelies that came on it. They're ugly, that's for sure, but better than messing up my others. :ohnoes:

Yeah very true... But I love the look of my tires now.. I'd have to find something that looks and performs like these.. for fairly cheap.. :lol:

If you cared about them, you would switch them out.


Thats how i look at it.

It's either run ugly wheels in the winter, or run ugly wheels year-round after they get raped by salt.

even though they are clear coated after 1 winter they will be pitted and junk, especially if you have chrome valve stem caps or lug nuts, seen countless rims go to shit in 1 winter

Yea im changing them out right after this weekend or even tomorrow! I need to get them changed out plus I have my old shitter tires and rims so I mine as well.
