I have never heard of cheaper and California in the same sentance. Is it really that much better in the northern part?

I grew up just out side Tampa in Seffner.

yes it is. they really need to split the state from just above san fran across to the 140. everything north should be Nor-Cal and south would be the new united yet totally screwed united state of Mexico.

gas is a lil cheaper up north, the emissions are a little easier in some counties and there are a ton of parks/lakes and out door areas!!!

NM is a great Place. lived there for 3 years and loved it

As long as Sacto is in NorCal

I am new to Arizona but one thing I found out quickly is every off road vehicle can be registered and driven on the street legally. I see quads, dune buggies, rock crawlers and Razer style side by sides on the road everyday. I live in Tucson but when you get to the Flagstaff area or around the grand canyon it's very wooded. Check it out.

I`d Consider Wyoming, Not a high population, lots of seriuos elevation, trails and plains. OPf course this is my second choice to ALASKA, talking US states of course. :D

Saw some locals in a group on Friday...quads about 10 all together going someplace. Banshee's Raptors, Honda Fourtrax and I think there was a Quadzilla 500 Suzuki in the group. Was pretty cool, could not get the phone out quick enough for a picture.
