Na man just kidding. It's your truck so get what you want. Mine is now a street queen after a few off-roading adventures. I'm too OCD with paint to take her off-road, unless a need arises. If you take yours out a lot then 18s would be great.

You can paypal me the leftover money I just saved you.

Yeah save even more money and go 17s! If you say no, you at least want to step it up to 18s, well then you can justify stepping it up to 20s. It's not that hard, Jeff. :D

But looking at those 18s in your OP again, they look small to me, but I'm used to 20s. I think on trucks this big, 20s look great. The lift issue Steve ran into was because of the width and BS of the wheels. Diameter has nothing to do with it, as that's adjusted for with tire size (I believe). Like, if I were to run 18x9s vs 20x9s with the same specs, I would have no difference in rubbing issues. The only difference would be the inside tire diameter.

As stated, the 18s will be safer in actual off road scenarios, but the 20s will look much much nicer. The rolling mass and price for 20" tires is high though. Also already stated. I had the same debate, and I can personally say I am very happy I went with the 20s. Look great, and fit the body just right.

If your wanting to buy wheels only once, and run them with a future lift, consider the facts that lifts require -12 offset / 4.56 offset, which stick out more. You can try running those leveled but it may rub and look goofy. Your best bet is to go with the 18s which usually come in -5 offset, 5" backspace. Right between -12 +18. You could possibly run them on a lift in the future and with 35s.
