After I finish this job I'm on today, I'll load my equipment on it and bring it home. Not a good sign when I have to bring the equipment home. :uhoh:

Nope... not at all... :( :(

I'll probably go ahead and get started on my house. Except for doing a canopy on a bank this weekend, it looks like I might have a week off. :dunno:

This time of year you need to be busy... :dunno:

I guess they have four basements dug, two of them blocked up. The framer is supposed to start framing one today. :dunno:

But it takes a long time from them starting framing to you doing the siding...

He usually does one in a week, but then you need the electricians, plumbers to get all of there exterior crap done. :dunno: I've started them before without knowing where spigots, lights and receptacles go. It's not easy cutting that crap in later.

Took my exhaust parts, seats, and front diff (all for the S10) to my grandma's. Later I need to work on my HID's....again! :frustration: I'm having a problem with the same side again. I'm hoping that the bulb has just been "shocked" so much from the first time the ballast went out. I think all the extra on/off cycles shortened the life-cycle. I have an extra bulb and ballast so I'll be troubleshooting later once the sun goes down.

You've got your grandma working on your truck for you? :dunno:
She's my security detail! :D

Why not?
She's retired and has more time... Matt works...:)

If she's any good I might want to talk with her about headers for my truck... :D2

From what I have seen of the truck... she's pretty darn good.
There has been some nice work done on it...
She takes her time and does it "RIGHT"...
Thanks! (I think)

Yeah, but the crocheted seat covers and lace doilies on the dash just look weird.

But they are really nice doilies...

Okay, I'll grant you that. But that crocheted cover for the shifter, with half a Barbie sticking out the top is either sick, or very, very kinky... depending on where the shifter knob ended up. I didn't dare look. :uhoh:
:rollin: You guys are crackin' me up!

Drove it to work yesterday. Peeled out of the driveway last night because I was pissed off at my brother for being a PITA while watching a show. Put sunshades in the front and back window so it doesn't get quite so hot sitting all day while I take the bike to work.

The truck sits on the north side of the garage so it's mostly in the shade during the hottest part of the day. I made a custom shade (some reflective insulation stuff that's meant to be used on walls; looks and acts just like a normal sunshade does) for the back window and I use one of those collapsing shades for the front (not the usual folding reflective one). Every little bit helps!!
