What did you do to your truck today?

Changed oil after I found the oil level was low 5,000 KM after the last change. This truck is going to be driven off a cliff if it's burning oil.

City driving is going to be harder on it.... Even newer engines sometimes need a 1qt top up over the course of an oil change.


That's what my Dad told me. He said his 96 used to use a quart between oil changes and that's all mine used so it may be normal.

That's about normal for a 350, my 4.3 Blazer was the same way.

Ah ok good then. Now some $$ can be spent in other areas.

Have a few things I'm going to do in the near future and "big" plans down the road.

My 98 used almost a quart between changes, then I put the supercharger on, that stopped that sillyness.

Drove it to get an estimate on dual exhaust...

About $850 with x-pipe and in house mufflers...

Just the pipe work is around $400 or so.

That's not mandrel or stainless

There's no place in town that does mandrel.

And I need to get my truck lowered first
