It's not. I've done a water pump on this truck (why I didn't think to do the chain and gears then I'll never know) about 5 years ago, and it was a royal PITA. And, it doesn't help matters that in ordering a chain and gear set for it you need to know what you have in it already. It seems Dodge used a couple different kinds in the 3.9L that year. Nothing like not being able to order parts until after you take it all apart to make a PITA job a Royal PITA job.
Of course, with my luck, the set that hers needs will be the only one the local parts stores have to special order. All the rest will be in stock.

Take your VIN to the dealer... they can probably tell which one you have by looking it up by the VIN..
Then use THAT part number to order it locally...
Sometimes my dealer will actually match prices for me...don't know about where you are...
