What did you do to your truck today?

Tore the dash apart so I could connect an IP-BUS adapter for my DVD player sound.Also connected the little amp that runs the speakers in the rear side doors.Also broke a couple of plastic tabs on the control unit for the heater & A/C(Super Glue is drying now,should be OK in the morning) I know...dumbass

I'll put it all back together tomorrow....here's a pic as it is now

What a mess. Good thing you don't have Lucas. It would NEVER, EVER work correctly again.

Yup,it's a mess,but an organized one I have a neighbor who has an old Triumph with Lucas electrics...it was a real nightmare to start.Sometimes it had spark,sometimes not.Very finicky Are they still in business?

Yep. It was the Brits who screwed up by hiring drunk Irishmen to wire their cars.

Lucas -- inventor of the first intermittent wiper.

Lucas -- inventor of the self-dimming headlamp.

The three-position Lucas switch -- DIM, FLICKER and OFF.

The other three switch settings -- SMOKE, SMOLDER and IGNITE.

The original anti-theft devices -- Lucas Electric products.

All good but I really like the last one..Maybe it has a three position switch in it

No three position there. Just have to push start the wheel chair.

left 2 of my hellas on last night since 8pm and so at 330 when i went to start it up the battery was drained enough that it needed some help. got a toyota avalon (only running car around) to hook up and after a few minutes got it started and running good again.

Washed and aired the tires up.
