putting the truck away for the witer ftw. Just think the favor your doing for it.
When are you parking yours?


Just got done changing the TPS on the S10 (gotta love AutoZone reward points!). I think that is what was bad (causing the high idle). It seems to idle down now, but it sure doesn't do it very fast. I'd like it to be that as soon as I take my foot off the pedal it would want to go to idle right away (approx 800rpm) and if the clutch is out, start slowing the truck down instantly. Anyone have any thought?

Idle Air Control Valve? That caused my idle to be around 1400rpm when the engine was cold and idle down slowly when it stuck on the 95.

I did the IAC first. Didn't seen to change.

I don't think it is a vacuum leak because every once in a while it will idle down just fine, but I think I'm out of sensors/motors to replace that have to do with idle.
