My truck has an exhaust again. Not finished, still waiting on some stuff, but the Slowmaster has been replaced. Pictures will come when finished, which could be a few weeks.

I went to a few garage sales (didn't find anything), picked up a window air conditioner for my grandparents, took it down to their house and installed it, and then helped a friend swap a Turbo 350 for a 700R4 in his dad's late-70's Chevy truck for 6 hours. It was fun.

Also got my HIDs and new headlight lenses too. Hoping to wiring everything up and install tomorrow. We'll see if it rains or not.

Dumped after the axle.

Cutout's not in yet, I'm still waiting on some pipe for before the muffler (that Robert is kindly providing for a great price).

Ok, WOW.

Not that it didn't before, but holy F*CK does the truck come out of the hole hard now.

There's a street near my house that I do all my "testing" at. With the Flowmaster and dual 2.25" crush bent pipe, launching the way I do at the track (4wd, stalling up to 2500), the truck would do a little bit of a chirp/hop, and then take off.

With the Borla/single 3" mandrel bent pipe that I just put on, WOW. Same street, same launching technique, resulted in 4 or 5 of the "chirp and hop sideways" things (actually started to send me towards the ditch), and a nice chirp of second in 4wd.

I'm really anxious to get back to the track and see how much I gained.

Wel didn`t d anything physical to any of my trucks, although used the onboard air from the SD for 10 mins to blow the grass and dirt from the rad of the JD, but shopped for wheels for the new Sieraa, my eyes hurt, must have look at at least 2k wheels! also decided a antenna delete is a great option. :naughty: cause i listen to satellite radio anyways. :dunno:

fwonk i can`t wait for the truck to get here.

Getting some hefty MOD itch already.

Are you talking with the cutout Dan? I don't doubt it may have some effect on the big end but it is not rational for there to be much difference in the low end / launch. At low RPMs you aren't going to tax even the smallest system. I'm anxious to see some 60 foot times. How is the sound?
