Correct... I got a smokin' deal on my two used injectors, lol. $550 for parts and labour for both injectors. Injector rattle is completely inaudible on anything other than smooth pavement, lol.

It used to be audible until I turned up my music at least half way

Copy that. I misunderstood when you said you were getting your injectors replaced.

Hope it works! Let us know

Yikes, that had to suck! What happened? Are these problematic in the TBs?

Wasn't to bad. The heat made it worse being low 90's and humid. Yeah they are kinda know to be problematic. As the mechanic told me there are clutch packs in the case since it's a auto 4 system when you select it to be in auto 4. Guess it wears out the shift fork and gets stuck in between either 2wd, auto 4 or 4wd. I was lucky and it was in 2wd but the shift indicator said it was in auto 4. But now I have a 3 year warranty on the case and everything is working good now.

It did seem to clear up a little quicker, and it seems cleaner up top. I think I'm still going to scope my intake, as much as I can and look for carbon build up. And probably still change to bigger injectors later on.

My tuner tried a complete revamp, with some new voodoo... And I can do a brake stand now... Something my dually has never been able to do... The DRW's have the same size brakes front and rear on the LML's, so they take more jam to get them going... And it'll break loose in 2nd gear, lol.

All the auto t-cases suffer from that issue, eventually... It's just a matter of how often it switches, I think. I know a lot of folks with half-tons that have had the same issue.

Yep. That's why mine will stay in 2wd unless I need 4wd. No auto for me.

The ONLY time I use Auto-4WD is in slick conditions. A guy at work said he leaves his in Auto all the time. I "suggested" that he shouldn't do that, but he wouldn't listen.. :dunno:
