Derale 15719 Fluid Control Thermostat Kit will also be installed ...

The US Shift standalone trans controller has a LED readout of the trans temp ..
That way I'll be able to keep a eye on how hot the fluid gets ..

The lit up gauge is for the oil temp ..
Thought it might be a good idea to keep a eye on it too ..

Being I'm geared up to build the cooler mount, the thought was to jump to on the air horn mount ..

Lots of room under the passenger running board for the horns & compressor ..

Was saving that room for a factory aux fuel tank ...

But after years of searching for one, I have gave up the hunt ..

Jump started my buddies truck using a DeWalt power tool battery. Neither of us had jumper cables, and I heard that this works. It fired right up. I was a bit impressed to say the least.

How did you attach it to his battery?
With a couple of 14 gauge wires that are used in house wiring. Positive to positive and negative to negative. I was impressed because his truck battery wouldn't even turn the engine and as soon as I hooked up the DeWalt battery to his truck battery it fired right up once he turned the key.
