The Accord is a sweet car. I guess we were just trying to steer away from being so conservative... Thinking a little outside the usual safe buy.

All comments are welcome guys! I'd really like to know what you all think. It helps us weigh the differences.

Mustang has my vote but it depends on what you want out of the car.

Even though the Accord has fallen out of favor with me in recent years, it gets my vote in this roundup. It's still a great car with much better styling than some of its competitors.

Well, since practicality isn't necessarily required...

Get the Mustang with a manual, and maybe in a couple years I'll buy it from ya! :dunno:

As an owner of a 4th generation Outback, I think they shine more in light off-road use than they do as on-road cars. That's not saying they are bad on-road cars. I just think if you're wanting to buy something more "fun" or "entertaining" to drive, either of the other two choices would probably be better.. unless the plan to do quite a bit of light off-roading.

Having bought 3 first year, new generation vehicles in a row, I'd probably steer clear of the Accord for a year or two to let them work the kinks out. So, of your three choices, I'd suggest the Mustang. Like I said earlier, you guys won't keep it long-term, so get something a little more different from what you're (ok, she's) currently driving.

That's my two cents..

Personally I say the Mustang.. Would be a lot more fun to drive, plus I wouldnt think resale would be to bad since they get decent mileage and still have 300hp

To reiterate: V6 Accord, 6 speed. Best of both worlds!
