I was removing the radiator so I could get the oil pan off and the petcock stripped out of the tank. The radiator was already in pretty rough shape. I found a used one for a pretty good price but the fins were laid over in a few spots. Here is what it looked like when I started.
After 2 hours with a small pocket screw driver and a little black paint this is how it came out. I put a couple coats on it. You can no longer see the copper colored fins.
My old Radius arms were bent and very poorly repaired with angle Iron. I found a set of cast iron arms off of a 9N tractor. The 2N originally had stamped steel ones that were not as strong. I cleaned them up and hit them with a coat of primer. Everything I am working on now I am priming. I will be painting the tractor this summer.
Here she sets. Its going back together. I am waiting for my rear main seal to come in so I can finish putting the front back together. The front of the engine has been resealed.
This is my buddies cub. he split it to fix the shift forks.
Picked up a Dearborn Model 10-15 two-way plow for it last weekend. After the tractor is running I will be fixing this up. The linkage is all mechanical and it automatically changes to plow i both directions.
It still has the original wrench attached to it.
here is a video of how it works. THIS IS NOT MY VIDEO
