Thanks!

I need to aim the headlights A LOT lower. My high beams are sky high.
My headlights are so much brighter now.
So are my parking lights. Now I can actually use them for parking purposes.
My reverse lights are brighter too.
You can't even tell that there are white bulbs in the brake lights!

I think it is supposed to rain here tomorrow.
I'm anxious to see how much moisture gets in them.

I'll get some daylight pictures of the front Friday morning.
After I reinstall the bowtie.

Thanks Bigredmariner. The only rust (for now) is the bottoms of the doors. I already have 2 other doors that are less rusted to get fixed. Body shops wanted $1200 to cut the bottoms off my current doors and weld in a new section. I'm hoping that by buying a set of $300 doors that it will be more like $500-$600 to fix them. If I have the funds, that might be my big project for the year.

KillaF150, all my bulbs are Sylvania standard bulbs (I get them at Farm & Fleet or anywhere except the auto parts stores; they're just over priced there). The parking lights were already amber and I just had to run out and get 2 194 bulbs for the corner lights. On all the bulbs, except the headlights, I used a little alcohol to clean them up so they'd look good behind the crystal clear lenses. The new headlights and corner lights actually came with new bulbs, but I prefer mine so I'll just keep them for an emergency. The camera makes things seem brighter.

However, I did have to go get my parents' car tonight and let my brother drive my truck. Man was it a sweet sight! I had to let him pass me just so I could see and hear my truck going down the road. I definitely need to get some pics in the daytime and maybe in a well-lite parking lot at night.
I'm pretty sure I'm done with the exterior mods (except for stainless door handles when I redo the doors, and maybe stainless mirrors; I'll have to ponder that one for a while). Now its time to save up to fix the other doors, a transmission project, hen the engine a long ways down the road.

That is a good looking truck, I had a '98 in Summit White. C3500 Single rear wheel, crew cab with a 350. Loved it, that is the best looking grille on any of that body style. Getting those doors fixed should be much cheaper than a panel replacement.

I don't see many C2500 or C3500 around at all. I've never seen a 3500 (C or K) with the single rear wheel. But then again they probably all have the K for in the winter here.

Man that front end is looking SICK!
i have regular halogen's in all my lights, except for my headlights(which are H4 blue bulbs)
I did read on someone's website that they recommened matching the bulb color with the lense color. that way it filters the light better, but your's looks good :D

Well, I can't use white-lensed bulbs because they have to be amber. I do like how the amber bulb makes the lenses look amber at the right angle.

Where did you get your halogen bulbs? How much were they? Did you see a big difference?

When i ordered my marker lights from LMC, they came with a set of euro bulbs, and orange(amber) bulbs. i went with the amber because i want to stay legal  You might check and see what LMC has for your truck. as far as the rest of the halogens, most of them are still original except for one or two. just the regular halogens.
