its not name bashing if your stating an opinion of the Honda Ridgeline looks like the hookers I killed and sent to Jim to be chipped, after they were chipped!

You certainly couldn't haul very many of 'em away in the Honda's 8.5 cu ft "cargo bed"...:uhoh:

I don't see how they can call the '09 F150 is the "most significant". I'm not sure if any are more significant than any other, but the new F150s don't seem to be doing anything more outstanding than any of the other trucks out now. :dunno:

Yeah...it's the newest one.....of course it should be a couple steps ahead of everyone.

Actually...aside from the Silverado and F-150...none of those trucks were great sellers.

And where is the real SVT truck from Ford...the Lightning? Or the SRT-10 Ram?

I disagree with the Avy and the Pantyline. :dunno:

The F150 should be lower and the GMT900 should *be* on the list.

There wasn't really anything revolutionary about the GMT900 either. :dunno:

Or even the 800s. I don't think a truck should be up there because of one thing...like the engine.

Avalanche...yes. It's just something unique, different, and GM has stuck with it and not let it rot on the vine. (although I have no idea how they can continue to justify it with the 4-dr 1500s running around)

Tundra...yes. A huge truck for Toyota and the industry as a whole. Plus, the powertrain is is almost 'GM' good.

Ridgeline...yes. Like it or not, it's a unibody truck with IRS that would be the perfect truck for 95% of people out there. I think people are just scared of the perceptions that may come along with saying "my truck is a Honda".

The rest...nothing special about them.

I think the 5.3L Engine is kinda a big deal :dunno:  It will end up being our generations "350" as far as use and notability is concerned. It's not GMT900 Exclusive, though.

It's hard to argue that GM didn't hit a home run with the GMT900 trucks. If the 09 Dodge (and the F150 for God's sake) deserves to be on the list, the GMT900 does.

I guess I wasn't thinking "revolutionary" in my thinking. :(

But if you think about it, nothing GM, FOrd, or Dodge did in the truck sector was "revolutionary" because they've been doing it for 50 years.

The Ridgeline barely qualifies as a truck. My Grandma's Lincoln probably had more towing capacity than that thing does.
