Oral the Coal

It was a 40X60 shop with 20 foot wide X 16 foot high doors. When I first bought it I was able to have 3 trucks and trailers inside with the doors closed. At the time I did a bunch of work on dry bulk trailers. Brake jobs, hubs, valves and anything else that needed doing. Including water blasting the inside of the trailers that had been carrying dry cement.Ian, my first house was 512 sq ft but my shop was 2400 sq ft. I bought the place for the 17 acres of land and the shop. The house was big enough to shower and sleep in. That's about all I needed at the time.![]()
I will stab you in your sleep if you don't quit talking dirty to me.
I like where this section is going, 70 posts in the first couple hours here.

Unfortunately times change and I sold it about 6 years ago. I gave away most of my stuff to my friends that could never afford anything. I kept some stuff and piled it all in a 10 X 25 storage unit.
Some day after I retire I'll build another one but for the time being I have to work out of a packed 2 car garage at the house.
