My MagnaFlow cats on the Z71 were like $75 each. Way less than I was expecting.

If your state doesn't have emissions testing, then go right ahead! Lots of people need them to pass emissions tests to get current registration. They don't check that shit here in Louisiana unless your vehicle is registered in Baton Rouge.
