Those are air fresheners. I rarely use them because I hate how they poke out, but they can bring a fresh smell back to the truck if I don't clean the inside for a while. I actually pulled them down a few days ago and hid them under the seats.

nice truck I still haven't decided witch way to go with mine. My last truck I had to much chrome, I think with this one I still want chrome rims. But I don't know yet your truck is sick.
