Figured it's about time to do this. You guys know me...I like pics, so be prepared. I thought about it a while back but never found time to put it all together. Still don't have time but I don't feel like studying. :D Just a quick overview of a few of the bigger things I've done to my truck.

So....on to the evolution. Be wary of subliminal links. :D

I'll have to say Matt, your truck has really turned out nice. There are a ton of nice F-150's on here and yours is definitely in the top group. Very nice, I like it a lot.

Thanks, J-Rod. Looking back I wish I hadn't painted the stock wheels (they were nice), but I wanted to see how it would look all blacked out. Turned out better with aftermarket wheels, hahaha.

Gotta run, study time. By that I mean nap for an hour then study. :D

BADASS truck man!! Looks great.

Did you do a write up or can you on how you painted your headlights and fender flares? I have a buddy at work that wants to do his.

Thanks!

Robert, I can link you to two very good ones, since I haven't done a write-up for those myself. It's pretty easy---the headlights are a bit of a pain but once you do the first one it's second nature. Fender flares weren't bad.....but I should have taken them off to make it easier (I just masked like crazy). They needed more sanding, too.

Flares
Author recommended using Bulldog Adhesion Promoter, which is supposed to make paint stick to about anything (he forgot). He also masked his, but many have taken their flares off. They sell the clips at auto part stores if he decides to take them off.

Headlights. Be sure he re-seals them with black (looks better) RTV sealant really well. I noticed some condensation after I first did mine so I had to re-seal them.
