Swirls in paint

what do i have to get done to it? i really hate the look of them swirls.

lol, just messin with ya. i tell my kids all the time about it, i wouldnt even take my beater into one of them drive thru car washes. i did when i was young then it set in one day as i seen the rust bucket come out after mine.
