Look into Meg's ultimate compound. This should remove a decent amount of the swirling. Then you can try swirl x and continue with color x and then top it with a LSP like NXT 2.0

I am planning that when the temp gets above freezing so I can wash it and then pull her in the shop and detail her up.

did you go to a carwash and use the brush? that's the cardinal real is carwashing. those brushes are bad news
