I put Champion in my mower. That's what it calls for.

Champion plugs are trash in small engines. Too many problems with champion when using them in small engines.

And I think Chrysler products call for Champion.

You do know that the AC in AC Delco stands for Albert Champion, the inventor of Champion spark plugs. I wouldn't hesitate to put Champion plugs in a vehicle.

Like you with Autolite, I've never had a Champion plug fail in a small engine.

There faulty spark plugs. In my 27 years in small engine repair and 10 years as a owner. I seen them come in a week after they fail from being replaced.

Especially the gold tip champion plugs. When I say gold tip I mean the tip that plug wire hooks on the spark plug.

On GM vehicles use what is in the owners manual. That is all I have ever used and the plugs work great and last.

You can google it. I bet it tells you to use either AC Delco or NGK. You can use what ever you want. You asked us for suggestions and we gave you our preference for a GM vehicle.

What came out of it? Was it AC or NGK? You can always call the dealership with the VIN and they will tell you. Yes it is old but they still can do it.
