The radio wiring has absolutely nothing to do with the Security light flashing. It's just a coincidence that the radio is messed up. Try resetting the security light with the directions in the above link. If it still acts up, you "might" have to replace the ignition switch and key.

Yea I tried bypassing them without shaving the key and no go. After I shaved the key down it worked on the 2nd try with no light on or anything.
