Dave...
Did you even look at the Google link ???

Look at the 2nd post in this link...

I need torque specs!!!!!!!!

Dave,

If you had looked at any of the links listed, you would have found that, although they were not specifically listed for a 97 Silverado, the torque specs for the swaybar end links ranged from 13 to 17 ft/lbs and the insulator clamps ranged from 27 to 37 ft/lbs.....depending on the model you looked at. Since the specs for an 09 Silverado were probably closest (17/37) you could use those. If you don't like that, split the difference among the different models listed and go 15/35 or even 15/32.....it is going to be close enough.

Now that we have answered this relatively simple question for you, have you checked your rear diff yet? The torque spec for the cover bolts is 30 ft/lbs and you need about 2.5 quarts of 80W90 gear oil...you could use 75W90 as well. You will also need some RTV silicone to seal it up. Hopefully this is detailed enough for you.

Mother of god.

No one ever checks their differential fluid but everyone is expected to know what amount of torque needs to be applied to fuckin sway bar links.
