You still need the bushings that hold the bar to the frame.

I agree, but the end links are usually the first to go.

Does it matter where i measure on the swaybar to determine what size frame bushings I need. So its just one bushing per frame?

I agree.

That passenger side end link is a goner. The frame bushings look like they are OK for now.

Should I go ahead replace the frame bushings too or just the sway bar link bushing kit.

If it were me, might as well do them all. That's me though. You could get away doing just the links.
