Dave, go measure the boots on the truck
Those energy suspension ones might work, tie rod ends seem to be pretty close across the board...
They probably don't make just the boot because rockauto sells the entire tie rod for $25...
If you want to keep the original factory parts, maybe see if your local Ford dealership can get any new old stock items.
