found a couple pics of my buddys tacoma
Those look really good. That's what I'm looking for...something that works and looks good.

These are the lights he got SICKHIDS did this retro fit. I personally would have done the halo around the whole headlight bowl not just the projector but thats just me. I am curious to see how much he charges to do this. First time I've seen one that doesn't look hideous for our 04-08 trucks

Those look freakin' sick. I'd run those in a heartbeat.

That's exactly what I had in mind, minus the halos.... I wonder how the output is and if it still blinds oncoming traffic.

Aimed properly, it will only blind what your stock headlights aimed properly withOUT HID's will blind.... probably less, actually.

Even though the front of my truck sits 4" higher than stock?

Projectors in low-beam mode don't throw ANY light above the cut-off...

Your headlights throw light above the... half way point, we'll call it :)

You can probably adjust the projectors down a bit and not worry much.

If they're adjusted properly it won't be TOO bad...

As a lifted truck, you're blinding people anyway :)

I get highbeamed more with my stock headlights in than I do with my HID projectors :dunno:

I am curious to ask this guy @ Sick HIDS how much. if he paints the chrome bowl black and does a halo around the big bowl too. I would be all over those. Like drperry said I want a cleaner cut off so I'm not blinding people. I don't wanna go back to silverstars :nono:

Go do some research on HID Planet... You can probably do it yourself, or get one of the retrofitting guys there to do it... And it'll probably end up being done better than the Sick HID's stuff
And they'll do it properly and cover up the reflector with a really nice shroud
