The parts have been picked up. My dad got them and I'm going to the shop tomorrow to check them out. Nothing is going on the car because my dad talked me into sandblasting the car. I don't really want to, but don't want to miss the (free) opportunity I'll get some pics tomorrow of the parts I guess. It's going to be primered black so if I ever want to paint it there will be a good base instead of what is on it now + rattle can.

He metal etches type primer and then vari-primes the bare metal right? Isn't that the proper way to seal exposed metal after blasting?
