that's more than I weigh.
I just found numbers online that said curb wt stock was around 2800lbs. So, with you lightening it up a bit I think you should be under 3000#
Depending on how much you are spraying, I don't think 130+ is out of the question.

If you are running 130+ you will most likely be in the 9s.
9.99 or faster requires an NHRA license, Full fire suit, 10pt cage with window net, neck brace, and a few other things.
I don't have all of that, but if I run any place but our hometown track they will make me slow down. I will end up getting legal as soon as I have the car tuned a little better and running consistently in the mid 9s

Our track used to be pretty lax, and I think they still are. There's some new management or ownership or something as of last season. I'll have to ask some of the fast guys.

Wonder if this refers to subframe connectors? Because with most of them the floor has to be cut to fit them and then welded together.
I'm not sure about that. We have always been able to run our subframe connectors without cutting the floor, even with ones that said it may be required.
Regardless, I would plan on running at least a 10pt cage if not more. I can promise you this, no matter how fast it is right off or how fast you think fast enough is right now. YOU WILL WANT TO GO FASTER!! and it is a lot easier and cheaper to just go ahead and put the cage in it now.

Guess it depends on the subframe connectors and what you want out of them. I'd rather not get through the floor connectors because that sounds like a PITA, but I was under the impression their better? IDK
