I'm too COOL (lazy) to Choose a Custom Title!!!
So far 18 has been the maximum. I get the parts in Thursday so I'll probably buy a big gear puller and get everything done this weekend. If all goes well I'll be testing it out on my day off Monday.
I like it. 18 mph is fast in a canoe!

Got the cast flywheel swapped for a billet one done today and test fit the marine cam. Had to tighten the rockers within 1mm of their lowest but the stock rods will work. Also took out the governor. It was getting in the way.
Tomorrow I pull the head and swap out the connecting rod for a slightly longer billet.
Not sure how I'll get the connecting rod to work. I've never heard of plastigauge string until today and the closest bit I have to their 12 point 1/4" is a 6 point 9/32, I also won't be fitting my giant torque wrench in there for their 100 in/ft. Might do some practice runs on other stuff to get a feel for their torque spec.
