I'm now on Medicare,officially old.
Not sure how big of a battery will fit.Do some measuring I guess.Brian,that storage box next to the PCM can be removed & the battery tray from a diesel truck can be put in it's place.I noticed a batt. tray in Grumpy's burb which gave me the idea for this upgrade.

Yeah, I do like that storage box tho!! Holds a funnel, oil and rags. LOL.
I was thinking maybe doing a battery in a battery box in the toolbox?

I'm now on Medicare,officially old.
I put the sensor in thru the pan on a flat spot that looked like it was meant for a drain but never put there.I drilled a hole,welded in a bung then screwed the sensor in(Also used some JB Weld for extra security against my lousy welds
)The gauge Is in the three gauge pod under the dash.The sensor is actually the one for the coolant temp which I had in the engine but disconnected it since I realized the dash gauge was pretty close to the actuall temp.I figured I'd one day use it for the trans temp.
BTW,I picked up an extra trans pan at Pick A Part cuz I didn't want to ruin the good one in case this didn't work.
