Why 35 over a 55? :dunno:
I have had both slim and raptor, either one works great. 35w won't creat as much heat as a 55w one will. I don't know about your truck's headlights, but some trucks have a issue of 55w melting headlights. :dunno: I have had the 35w 5000k and the 55w 6000k. I prefered the 35w as the 55w was was to blue for my taste.

FYI, if you do order from DDM, they do have slow shipping sometimes. I know there for awhile they got really backed up and it was taking a month to get your order, but that has been several months ago now. They might be back on track.

Might just be the fog lights, but some guys were melting the housing with the 55w.

Yeah, I think that was fogs.. I don't think they offered 35's when I bought mine and I never had any issues with mine. But, I only had 'em in the lows..

Is it difficult to install the HID's?
It takes about 15 minutes.

1) Remove old bulb
2) Mount Ballasts.
3)Plug HID harness into exsisting wiring
4) Ground wires from HID wiring
5)Put HID bulb into headlight
6) PLug in harness to bulb
7) Put everything back together
8) Re aim your headlights.

And "CLEAN" the hids with alcohol before installing them.
DO NOT leave fingerprints on them... that will cause uneven heating and premature failure.
