I don't know if I want to do HID's. I travel every weekend in the dark and I don't feel like getting flashed all the time. Well I would like to get flashed but not with Automobile Headlights :naughty:

Michael (Darkanion) put HID's in his Denali...
They were really good... lots better than the stock lights, with a SHARP cutoff on low beam...
There is a thread somewhere... I think.

What is meant by "sharp cutoff."

I saw your thread on your PIAA's. I want to change all 6 bulbs, would you go with the GT-X or the Xtreme White Plus.

for the 9006, its says that it has a slight purple hue :wtf:

It doesn't. I have the GTXs in all 4 of the Tahoe and the highs on the Silvy. At the time I couldn't get H11s in the GtX so I went with the Xtremes. I like the GTXs. They are very white

The top of the beam is "FLAT" ... that way it does not blind oncoming drivers...
If you shine a flashlight at the wall... the spot of light on the wall is a circle...
If you put a piece of something over the upper portion of the front of the flashlight... the bottom part is still a circle.. but the top part now has a sharp cutoff...
