Need help choosing a tire size.

I have a 1950 Plymouth Deluxe that needs tires. It has G78-15 on the tire which is 27.7 diameter. I found a conversion chart to metric and its a 205/80/15 in metric. Tire rack doesnt have 205/80/15. Is the 205/80/15 a common tire size? What other sizes could I use on this car?

EDIT: What about a 215/75/15 tire? It has the same diameter as G78 tire.

215/75/15 is about as close as you'll get. Not many 80 series tires.

Dave I seen last week on TV where they put on some old looking tires on a older car but they were radials.
