So i take it from the most recent pics you didn't sand the cab down for primer?

i sanded and bondo the piss out of it. . I just didn't sand beyond half the back because the bed will cover it anyways. besides that it's all been wet sanded with 80, then 180, 220, gonna resand it this friday with 300.. seal the primer and paint the cab.

Gotcha, same color red? i want to rebuild an older body style chevy (80-87), kinda what you're doing.

it's a little darker chevy's orginal red though (victory red) turns out the original color was blue. i should of known with the interior being blue but the code on the door said red so i guess they changed doors when they repainted it. I have hated this project though wayyyy to much body work. but i can start on interior next then motor work
