Yeah not much you can do besides regular cleaning. Never tried wax on it but I can't see it hurting. It should give a nice bead.

I thought I was OCD.

Definitely a great tool to have, an an addicting skill. Couple times I didn't have many swirls but I still went out and stripped the hod free of wax and protection and went to repairs :lol. Love M205

Well I got the last couple bits of Detailing supplies in....so I thought I was shipped Deep Crystal Carnubba Wax instead of DC Polish...but Rick was great sent me some DCP out when he got some more in and he let me keep the Wax for the mix up...So I am awaiting a Gallon of HD & two bottles of 8oz for $7

Well In this pic I got two dispensing bottles, one more grit guard, Ultimate Protectant Kit, and a blue & orange pad

Yeah man well it was 25% all Gallon jugs of Meguiar's "Detailer" Series so I got the HD gallon for 25% off  So is the best mixture 2:1? I don't know if I want to do 1:1 even though Matt's tires look amazing

I rarely do 1:1 anymore. I usually eyeball it, but if I had to guess I'm usually going around 1:3 now. Essentially makes it 3 gallons of HD you have there. I only use 1:1 when I want it all really shiny (like after a nice detail).

I prefer 3:1 on everything, plastic trim, rubber trim, exterior handles, mirrors, wheels, tires, frame, wheel wells. I hate shine that isn't paint. I like solid deep black, no glossy tires.
