I'd wait it out and see if another offer comes in. I know what you mean about it being stored for 4yrs. Not good on a vehicle at all.

Man Dave, I've been trying to think about what I'd do now for a few hours. I would hate to see it go but it may be easier to move if you pulled the stuff and sold it to the guy. Then sold the other stuff one by one.

I was leaning the same way you are... but then I got to thinking. If your saying your selling it for bottom dollar already, why budge anymore..
I'd wait it out another 3 months.. If you can't find a better offer by then or the guy can't come up with the extra 1300... then maybe sell it at that price...
It sure is a nice truck to sell and not get what you at least expect from it.. idk

I know you're not OUT of time, but you are time-limited.. If what he can come up with meets your without-accessories price, I say do that... Remove the accessories, put the truck back to more-or-less stock (as much as you can), sell it to him, and then sell the accessories separately.
I believe Stumpuller ran into a similar situation, trying to sell his modified truck.. It was easier to sell it without the mods than it was with the mods..
