Sweet- I knew you wouldn't be able to resist! What boost are you at now?
Playing around yesterday 9.7 is what I saw, but I wasn't torturing it either. I am really surprised in the difference it made, from 70 hitting it to move around in traffic this thing goes quick. I think I have a bit of belt slip so I am going to recheck the tensioner. May be time for an upgrade to an 8 rib setup, pinning the crank will happen when I change the cam. I don't think it is slipping on the crank though, just want to be safer.
I'll do some logging for Justin on my way home Friday it all looks good but I want to get this service 4WD issue cleared up first. Plus you two have your hands full right now.

To be honest with you, I never changed out my belt, with a smaller pulley nor with the overdrive alt pulley. Folks do really like the 8 rib set up, I would also look into the METCOs as well. I would try pinning the crank before changing out belts again though- likely culprit.

I probably could have used the original 3.4 belt, there wasn't much adjustment needed but I knew others had used it with a 3.0. So rather than have an "Oh Shit" moment on a Sunday I went ahead and had everything on standby. I haven't looked at the METCO's yet but I will put them on my to-do list. I need to get with MagnaCharger and get a crank pinning kit anyway. Thanks.

Yes, I need injectors, cam, meth and a few other things. Maxed 11.3 pounds of boost and 98% duty cycle on the injectors Sunday. So I will run out of fuel if I try to do much more.:uhoh:
