Yes. If it is an upstream(before cat) sensor. The sensor is not telling the ECM if it needs to pull or add fuel.

well its not the 02 unplugged em it really ran like shit lol plug wires done and new air filter next is a good injector clean

ok 2 of the thing my scan says r 02 bank 4 sensor 2-3 as far as i know there is only 4 senors and 2 banks
That program you use has some crazy way to say the simplest thing.

Correct there are 2 banks and 2 sensors per bank. I have never seen a bank 4. I should be bank 1 or 2 sensor 1 or 2.

This perplexes me as the sensor passed in another test. If i am understanding them correctly, the heater itself in the O2 passed, but you are getting a Catalyst efficiency code.

From what I gather the O2 is bad or you may possibly have a clogged cat.

The only other thing I can think of is to clean the throttle body.
