I think the shell needs to stay at this point. I think you are right and the uniqueness needs to stay.

Any possibilities of motor work?

How about a cammed 6.0 swap?

Truck runs pretty well right now. The new gears will wake it up too. The BB tune did amazing things to it. I'll see how it is after the gear swap and I send the PCM out to Justin for some tweaks.
