If you plan on putting movies on it step up to an Ipod classic.

Don't the Classics use hard drives? I would think that wouldn't be a good idea for bouncing around in a truck..? :dunno:

My old one stays in my truck 24/7 and it doesn't have any problems with bumps or anything...

Granted I don't offroad like him.. so That may be something to consider

Off-road like him? Oh, Brian!

iPod classic is my player of choice. I have all of the OT Star Wars movies, Ghostbuster, Friday, The Dark Knight, Cars and a couple of other smaller movies on mine along with over 4k songs and still have plenty of room.

My son-in-law just bought a stereo from Crutchfield for his Harley to where he can use those plug in scan disc that one can buy cheap at Big Lots newer cars have the UBS outlets to use these as well I don't really know what there called.

I have a 80gig Classic I-Pod in my glove in my truck then another 120 gig that I use with a wire to listen to over 16K songs I have on it with all types of music. I bought two of my I-Pods at pawn shops and another 40 gig from my buddies son. Look on craigslist and ebay has some used ones as well also the price on them have dropped big times even Wal-Mart has them now cheap.
