I'd invest it, wait until it doubled and then go with a complete ZZ572/720R Deluxe engine and a beefed up transmission to go with it. Then if there was enough left over throw twin turbos on it.

I thought about this today actually, in all seriousness, I think I would do this as well, or at least put a good chunk in the bank for interest gains or what not
