The steps are gonna stay for a while, I paid to get them Line-Xed and I don't wanna ruin my leather anymore than it is.

I am just wanting a jacked up truck :crybaby:

Dude bodylift I know on sites like Topguncustomz.com they show the leveled with 3" bodylift for pretty cheap and it looks damn good. Thats what i thought about doing untill amanda got my rancho. besides it would sit 5" total

Yep, that would be a cheap way to go.. especially if you or a buddy can install it.. Otherwise your still looking at $1000 or more.. I've heard its harder to install than a Lift kit..

Just save up for the 6" lift. It'll take a while, but will be worth it when you're done. It sounds like you'll be unsatisfied with anything less than a 6", so why spend money on something that won't appease your need for height? :D

That's what she said....

Seriously, with the leveling kit, if you did a body lift you could probably run 35's pretty easy and that would probably give you the look you are after.

Wrong generation f150, that's the only pics I found quick, but you get the idea:

Yeah, I've heard that for some reason the 04-08's are a bitch to do... that's why shops charge out the ass for install

Jeff, keep an eye on the "Hot Deals" thread you started... I'm gonna keep updating that for deals on Rough Country and 4 Wheel Parts... They have a new deal every day. Maybe find something your looking for..

Yeah paying for a body lift and a shop to install it will be so close to a suspension lift anyway. Might as well just wait and save up and get what you really want.
