I am tired of looking at my truck that seems like it's lowered to me :(. I am a poor college student so I can't exactly afford a 6" lift like I want.

It is a 04 FX4 with Bilstein 5100s 2" It is leveled but still feels low to me. I honestly am no where near being able to afford a suspension lift at this point.
I'm a broke college student remember

I want to get the truck a little higher.

So what are my options? Body Lift, Add-a-leaf? .......

Here she is as she sits now:

*** I am oblivious to suspension stuff*** I'm tired of seeing my co workers with 2500 series trucks and they are a good 2" taller than mine and completely stock :fume:

you can get body lift's for relativly cheap.. but i'v heard it will cost ~$1000 for labor.. so if you can put it on yourself.. then that's prob your best option.. I know AAL will stiffen up your ride.. :dunno:

I agree on the tires. I am not sure how the AALs are on Fords, but they do stiffen of the ride quite a bit on the GMs I have helped my friends with.

I think I need to just suck it up and wait a while and get a rough country 6" lift. I want a 6" lift more than I expected. My buddy has a 6" Fabtech, and Matt has the 4" I like both but I want a tall truck
