Yep! I knew those red calipers were back there, but they're much more visible with these wheels.

Sometime within the next few days, I will have put 8k miles on the Macan.

Yep, 8k in 4 months on my 2nd vehicle.

The new tires & wheels are great. They're a bit softer than I was expecting, but I knew there would be a difference. I've taken it on a number of dirty / gravely roads to get readjusted to the feel of the new tire setup.

Truth be told, if I hadn't "made" myself drive the Silvy this week, I'd probably already be over the 8k mark.

The Silverado isn't going anywhere for now, though. I have a trip planned in August that'll let me get a feel for the Macan in some "back-roads" situations. After that, I may (or may not) make a decision on the Silvy.

ONE of these days I'll get 'er all cleaned up and take some inside pics. Someday. (But, probably not someday "soon." )
