Then I do not understand this statement: I "thought" about a Turbo. But, they were way more money and not enough more ponies to be worth it.

There is a model called a Turbo.

LOL, I meant something that would go 250-300K without a major failure.
Is it even possible? I looked at an Acura RDX, today.

Have thought about a Colorado diesel?

I know. That was in consideration. It wasn't worth the price premium to go from 360hp to 400hp, though. :)

All I was trying to say before was... saying "his had the turbo" could be any of the trim levels. :dunno:

LOL yeah, you read my mind. I posted about that in the other thread. I am going to check one out this weekend.

There are some trick-daddy diesel parts out for the baby Dmax

Good luck in your hunt!

Before I bought my Silverado, I looked at the Colorado / Canyon. For me, they were too expensive for what you got. But, that's just me. :dunno:

After not really digging the black wheels AND wanting a tire/wheel combo with a LITTLE more sidewall AND wanting some "non-summer" tires to be able to use year-round AND planning a road trip that may get me curious "where that dirt road goes," I ordered some new tires & wheels for the new ride.

20" Starke MC Machined w/Matte Graphite Accents with Goodyear Eagle Touring (all season) tires.

After driving it around town some, I realized these tires have quite a different feel to them than the old tires. Soooo, I decided to go find some surfaces that were loose-ish with traction and play around some today. Dirt & gravel roads with a little water here and there did the trick!

It didn't get TOO dirty, but it needs another bath already.
