I need some help with my helmet hunt for my street bike.

I lucked out. I just happen to find a good deal on Craigslist today for a new helmet. I even half way like it. So, now I just have to get the bike put back together and tagged here in GA and I am done.

I worry about used helmets and being dropped. I've heard that evening dropping a helmet from a table is hard on its integrity

Ain't know way I'd use or buy a used helmet. Look for someone that sells. GMAX, CYBER or KBC helmets. these are the biggest bang for your buck, OH! Fullmer helmets too, I think they are even from your area. If you want a good,safe helmet for not allot of money they are it, GMAX & KBC have higher end helmets in there line up. If you find something you like, let me know and I will see if I can get it, and still be able to ship it to you at a savings.

After I got home and looked in the mirror with the helmet on I realized this is nto the style I wanted. I wanted somehting with a lower profile. I look like one of the guys from space balls. But for $25 I figured it can get me buy until I can afford something else. Then I will put it back on Craigs list for $25 again. I will be checking those helmets out thanks fo rthe heads up. I am still in the market for one.

I do nto think I have seen one like that before. Who makes it?
